Thing looks kind of creepy though

Um, yeah, even just from reading the thread title I was like “Oh, sounds like yet another Chupacabra story”.

Yep, anything with Mexico and creature makes me think Chupacabra. I love these kind of mysteries and strange things though, they intrigue me beyond belief. Ghost, aliens, creature things, I love them. Not really sure if they all exist, but it's fun to think.

I was thinking: Dear lord... not another sick dog story.

Nice prop they have there. Wonder what it's made of?

Anybody remember the "flying witch" video that proved witches were real?

Someone has been taking one too many pills...

The entire video is entirely too contrived, and the story that goes with it even contradicts the video.

First, the farmer says he drowned the creature... which is obviously stuck in a bear trap in the accompanying picture.

Second, the "scientists" say that the rear part of the brain is responsible for memory (so what's the temporal lobe for, then? sudoku?).

I'd say something about the "rootless" teeth that are obviously spade-like mammalian teeth... but the video never gives a clear enough shot of the monkey cadaver for us to see it... interestingly... the "baby" (monkey) they show in the labs seems on a different scale from the one in the trap, and is much too small to have actually "struggled for hours" with a full-sized human... he would have been crushed to death from a tight squeeze in seconds.

And lastly... I mean... come on... who doesn't look at that and immediately think:

I'm not much into cryptozoology myself. But for those who might like a daily dose of this and other oddball topics, I recommend http://www.anomalist.com/

Pro or con on most any strange subject, you'll find grist for your mill here!

Respectfully,
Dotini

Yeah, this looks just like a little monkey without the hair.
