THE GAME IS TO EASY!!!!!

I mean come on I'm already 1/2 done.

But still its fun and I'm really liking it. The cars are good and a lot are like older versions of GTA III cars. The music is great, best of the 80's.

Motocycles are cool and so are copters.

I think GTA III was better but thats just me.

This is what I was expecting. I figured it would be the GTC:GT3 style thing while they worked on the next major release.

This game is so much fun. I havent checked how far I am but there is so much to do.

It is WAY better than GTA3, just go back and play GTA3 again and you will realize in a real fukking hurry. I cant even bear to play GTA3 anymore.

The cars are totally awesome and the bikes are better than I though they would be.

That Scooter really moves.

I have things going on all over the city right now and there is never a dull moment.

I have a feeling that if I hadn't played GTA3 before I would be having a hell of a tough time, it is just because you are already good at the controls and you can control it very easily.

it is way harder than GTA3 and you actually have a purpose in this one, instead of doing little stupid errands for people like in the last one.

A first time GTA player would being having a fukking blast and I am still having a blast, and I have completed GTA: 1 and 3. 2 sucked.

The 80's feeling is totally sweet and you cant help but totally get lost in the game when you are cruising on a Harley down Beach Road at night with all of the neon lights and totally killer music tracks.

My character has been wearing the track suit because it totally reminds me of some sleazy criminal from some 80's movie.

For anyone who is not sure about getting the game, DO IT. There are SO many features and things that were not revealed before the release.

I am totally going nuts about getting back into it, but I want to savour it a little longer. I try and get into a little bit of trouble with some police or something between each mission to prolong this totally satisfying game.

I have never played a game where I have actually been eager to find out whats happens next in the plot.

So far I haven't been able to fly any REAL heli's or planes, besides some RC Chopper which I think was just put in the gmae to get used to the controls, which require a little to much coordination to get used to but I am sure I will be a pro eventually.

There are ALSO WAY too many vehicle. I see a new one that I am frantically trying to pursue every 10 minutes or so.

I also like how you can have passengers on the bikes which looks like so much fun.

I got it as I said in Powerman's thread.

NO PRE-ORDER you nay sayers that told me "You won't get the game if you didn't pre-order it".

That doesn't happen with Maz. I've been able to get GT2, GT3, Driver 2, and now GTA4 on release day. GTA4 was a close call though....almost didn't get it. You can read that in Power's thread.

I am also eager to get back into the game, I read the guide last night before bed and now a lot of stuff makes sense so I wanna play it more. Only did one mission, usually that's what I do is just drive around and get to know where stuff is, how much a new place would cost, ect.

I give this game 2 thumbs up with my big toes up to. Exellent.

i also got the game on the release day without pre-ordering it.

i love the new game and with all the new features i cant see how you could get bored from playing it, until you get 100% possibly then.

the music is great, esspecialy VROCK they play all of the great rock from the 80s.

and surprisingly you dont get points for doing wheelies or nosemanuals on the scooter for extended periods of time. i did not even get points for doing a nosemanual through a intersection and a car hit me and i did a 360 on the front wheel while shooting at there car.

i need to get the soundtrack and strategy guide.

Took the morning off work, drove 40 miles to Des Moines. Got there 20 minutes before the Best Buy was to open. No lines out front, so I decided to skip down to the CompUSA just to see if they were open. Sure enough, they were. Walked in, grabbed two and a new DualShock2, and left.

Unless you were in BFE, I think you probably could have got the game in the store.
