This is my FIRST hosted race on GT5, but I used to do them constantly on Forza 2, 3. The way I used to host them was the top 3 people would receive some sort of earnings. Here's how it will work on GT5.
Winning rules/guidelines:
Top 3 players will receive a award if 10 or more players are entered and finish the race. If there are 7 players, the top 2 players will receive an award.
The awards goes has follows:
-3rd place: Choose one car part that is equal to or less of 5,000Cr.
-2nd place: Choose one car part available, including any tires.
-1st place: Choose any premium car available that is under the amount of 1,000,000Cr (because of the limit).
-The 1st place winner will receive a STOCK car with their choice of color (check the premium section of the car you want for the color as well).
Those awards are subject to change with notice, as funds get low. But they shouldn't, not for awhile.
The awards will come from a different account then what I will use to race. And yes, I will be entering the race as well.
*REPLAYS WILL BE REVIEWED BEFORE AWARDS ARE GIVEN TO WINNERS*
Those are pretty much the sum of my rules, but don't forget the OLR found here: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=111241
Please take the time to read those over if you haven't, because my races will be based of that.
If a person is found to cheat to gain their way to the winning positions,
A- They will not receive the award.
B- Their PSN will be banned from playing in ANYMORE of my races.
C- The guidelines featured in the OLR, section 17 will be followed.
*CUTTING THE TRACK IS CONSIDERED CHEATING*
Players have the right to reserve a spot within the race, before the actual race begins. There are a total of 9 reservation spots open. If there are no more spots to claim, you may, or may not, be able to enter the race.
Anyone is allowed to enter (as long as you're not banned from it) and I will post the lobby number an hour before the race is scheduled to start.
The lobby will hold a maximum of 16 people, but is subject to change depending on the map size.
The cars PP, HP, and weight will suit the race track chosen. So in other words, no 1000HP cars on Tsukuba Circuit.
I think that's all, but more can be added later.
The race guidelines will be in the next post, and will CHANGE (edited) for the following races.
If you have any questions, feel free to PM me or post here.
*Also, as this thread becomes more popular (IF it does) I will take the time to clean this up and make it look A LOT better. And easier to read.
