You need to be way more aggressive. Don't brake early and let go of the throttle like that at the first corner. Go from full throttle to full brakes and brake as late as possible; so late that you have to steer into the corner while brakin (called trail braking). As for the second part you accelerate in a straight line, heading up, and then you just let go of the throttle and let the speed carry you through the optimal line, which goes through the middle of the road and into the white line on the right. If you get it right you will hit the apex of the last bend and then you make sure to get some good speed at that exit, so much that you almost go off track.
