Stupid sigs!!

Whenever I try to copy a picture into the create a signature box it ends up being a link to where the picture came from. How can I get the picture in and not the link?

Alot of us agree that signiture images are annoying and gets rid of the professional look to this forum. There are more other benefits too, like better loading times.

Personally, I don't mind a few, but I can fully see where people are coming from when they like/dislike them.

especially when what you type take up 2-3 lines at most but your sig takes in excess of 10 lines

ugh, when i first joined GTP, i was relieved to have no img's in sigs...it really clutters the look and feel of any site

I agree with you there BMWteamPTG, half the time when i'm on other forums I miss half of whats being said because someone replied with one word, but took up half the thread with some stupid picture they spent 10 minutes making. IMO, they do nothing but crowd and over shadow what your actually there for. 👎

I'm pretty sure the forum software doesn't allow signature-image-size limitations. No other forum I've been to has had such a thing.

Thus, a size limit would require policing, increasing the work load for the mods and admins.

Shouldn't this be in the Site Feedback forum, anyway? Not that it should really remain open...
