Stupid startup programs!

Curious, what do I need to run to be able to switch around what programs start up when my pc does. I get an annoying beep everytime I startup, because it is looking for some WJview Main file.

I'd like to know how to rid myself of that evil monster.

if your using win98/me/2k then msconfig is the program you want...you can download it beacuse it isnt part of w2k but works with it....it even works with XP...ge it here this way you can disable startup programs without uninstalling them.
other solutions maybe to edit your autoexec batch file if it contains information about your problem program, otherwise editing the registry should sort it out....

If your using XP, just goto Start> Program> And you'll find a folder named " Startup ", Just move and delete the files to your likeing.

Start > Run > msconfig. Click the 'Startup' tab and uncheck what you don't want to execute on start up.

or. . . start-run-regedit-click + next to Hkey_Local_Machine - plus next to Software - Microsoft - windows - current version - the run keys have you programs that startup, but I don't suggest doing it this way
