A suggestion for a sub-forum in Gran Turismo 5 section would be called "Tips".
In the Tips sub-forum, what a poster will do is pretty obvious, they post any tips they would like to share with the rest of the GT community.This wouldn't be a thread where people will post on how to improve car settings or driving techniques in order to win the Vettel challenge with a DS3, this thread will be for people to share any tidbits of information they would like to share.
"Hey guys, I just found a way to join online lobbies a lot quicker!"
or
"Did you guys know that there is a way to check if someone has a mic without asking them?"
Basic stuff like that and I'm sure many people will benefit from this.
This can also better organize the forums. If I wanted to share a tip that I found, the only real place I can post it is in the main Gran Turismo 5 forum and it will probably reach the 3rd page by the second day.
I've seen other gaming forums (not related to GT5) that have a sub-section for "Tips" and it usually ends up very successful. So much great information can be in there and its just wins all across the board.
