Believe it or not, this exact impreza is actually not in GT5 or 6. So, that's why I'm not putting "premium upgrade" next to the title. Anyway, I love the GC8 Subaru Impreza in general and I'm annoyed that only the 1999 Impreza Type R Coupe is in GT6 and as a standard. So, that's basically why I'm suggesting this one.

Yes please! I drove a GC8 and it's absolutely amazing. Now imagine this in premium fascia and with that deep boxer rumble.

Lucky you, all I've been able to do is look at them.

Also, I'm really surprised that this thread didn't get more votes. I could've swore there were more GC8 fans on here.

If you ever get a chance to drive one, do it I say. Majority of people on the forum want more supercars and hypercars to appear. Only a few regular but cool cars are at the top sadly.

My thread managed to get some notice though.

You mean the Version IV, right? Is because this Type R has been produced between 1996 and 1997.

This car is also in GT2.

Yup.

This is something I've been aware of since I was a little kid. GT2 is my favorite Gran Turismo game, I know a lot about GT2 at this point. The secret cars, the beta content, and etc.

Something tells me you're going to like this post.

Well, speaking of Version IV, I have created a thread for Type R 1999. The 1999 is not the same car as the 1999 model is based on Version VI. I'm considering to create a thread for 1998 later. The 1998 model is based on Version V.

Yeah, I saw your comment on another Impreza thread. Harsk, I also know this stuff. The Impreza WRX STI is Subaru's rival to the Lancer Evolution and they do similar things. I.E. The Version V is the 1998 Impreza WRX STI like how the Lancer Evo V is the 1998 Lancer Evolution.
