Suggested improvements to Race Director

@IanBell I had a go at this last night for the Gavra League on a live stream. It was good fun and worked pretty well.

I have a few suggestions that I think would improve the show for viewers.

1 - It would be handy if the track map was bigger and included the initials or standings position for cars instead of a dot. This would only need to be the case of the RD not the Broadcaster. It would make it much easier finding and switching to cars on track particularly in practice or quali. If one car is following another it can hard to find it for switching camera and look competent.

2 - The standings needs to include the racers full name. Often the broadcaster will be referring to a drivers name but the RD only gets the initials and it can add large delays to finding the target car to switch views to. Often you can miss the action. This could be much bigger for the RD but still appear as the cut-down version for the Broadcaster.

3 - A small video thumbnail hovering over each option would be most handy. This is so the RD knows what each camera is going to see before they switch to it. Often I was trying to switch from one car to another in trackside view to catch some action, only for everyone to see a close-up of scenery instead of the car, missing the shot!

4 - More camera views. Like a rear view for instance. There were a few times we were onboard and I wanted to look at the other car behind. Add things like views from the rear bumper or from a front wheel etc.

5 - And using the same view controls you might when in a race, pan around. Perhaps when in onboard mode the pad or control stick allows you to pan the camera around like they do in Indycar. That would be awesome. 4 and 5 could be a special mode that when in it the pad movement to change menu options is replaced by panning around, until exited back to menu controls for e.g.

6 - Maybe a car damage indicator, perhaps tyres too along with the speedo. This is very useful for the commentators. The RD and Broadcaster are usually in a private party so the racers can't hear what is being said so commentating on the state of a car won't give anything away.

7 - A podium or pause at the end of a race so the commentators can interview the drivers at the end of the race, instead of a view of a garage door.

At the end of the day the RD needs race information and isn't too worried about seeing pretty action - he can see that on the live stream that is being broadcast by the broadcaster.

I'm guessing other people will have a few ideas too. So here's hoping you continue to do what you do best, and listen to the community. :)
