Suggestion for a "Clean race indicator"

As a topic says - It would be very handy to have such indicator on our dashboard in singe player race.
(just a simple green/red bulb next to lap time sheet will be marvelous)

Why? - Simple. All race rules are different. Sometimes a slight bump or crossing specific line is enough to cancel the bonus, and indicator will help greatly to understand a situation, what exactly leaded to cancellation.
Why only in singe player? - To prevent drivers from "going more savage" on purpose. When got involved in accident and got a clear notification on "clean cancellation", may make drivers to race more recklessly.

There are so many "why" in this game, it should be in the title "Gran Turysmo".

At some point (with enough repetitions per event) you will have learned these different rules that apply and simply know, but of course there would be no harm in the game offering any additional hint on the current situation.
