Anyone else have a Summer plan built up? I know I want to get really fit this summer. I want to bench atleast 145 by the end of the summer (should be a easy goal, gottah see what I can bench now) I'd like to improve my running performance, and Get cut. All my muscle is there, just not cut, so thats this summers plans... What about you guys? any summer resolutions?
