Welcome to the second special round of the Super GT. Our next stop is at the brickyard in Indianapolis, a home track to one of the competitors. Its the most unique track on the calender combining the high speed oval with the tight & twisty road course. A driver that can take advantage of both has a great shot at taking victory.

Okay guys, 11.5 feet of elevation change and all of that is on the oval section. So, a REALLY flat track. good place for higher downforce and stiff springs. Also, be careful that you don't hit any signage on this track. Here they can cause you to get some big air, which will probably end your race. But, most importantly, have FUN!

Yes, my home track! 👍 Hope you guys enjoy it! :D I sure will! :dopey: --- Randy

I can guarantee I don't win GT300 this week. Why?

I'll be running the GT500 ARTA NSX instead of the GT300 ARTA Garaiya this weekend.

So I believe both classes will be racing at Indy this week? I imagine that's the case, because if it isn't, I better come up with a 'Plan "C"' fast since I believe none of the SuperGT Stealth cars are eligible for this event.

Also, I'll be away at a anime club meeting when practice is being held so I would like someone to host it in my place

I'll see if I can be host for it.

Also, both classes will race and no Stealth cars are allowed in any race.

Hopefully I'll be able to join this round. Will be racing in my MOTUL GT-R 👍

Be careful coming off of Turn 7 onto the back straight. There's astroturf at the exit of that corner just on the other side of the rumble strip. You get on that stuff, and you'll loose a lot of speed and can easily spin out. It's marked with yellow "do not drive here" lines. So be warned.

I remember my first run-in with astroturf at Silverstone in Forza. It's like driving on ice or marbles.

Bit obvious who the rookie is this season for the stupid questions but what do you mean by no Stelth cars?

None of those special pre-order cars with the Carbon Fibre paintjob and better performance stats. They give an unfair advantage.

Practice will be up in 5-10 minutes in my lounge. Add GTP_LancerEvo7 if you haven't already.

So do i just race with the RX7 I always use?

You can or you can race with another car, as long as its one of the cars allowed to race in this series.

nope. it's just for fun. And it's a good way to test out cars for the next season. I'll be using the Subaru for SS3.

Could anyone post how many minutes and hours there is till Qualifying at 4:45pm EST and the Race at 5:00PM EST?

Ranhammer has his room up and running if anyone is interested in Final Practice for today's race. :)

Room will be up in about 35 minutes

Edit: Up now

Results are being put up now. That was a crazy race, great one. Sorry about the contact in practice randy, didn't brake soon enough. And I really apoligize Falcon, I got that damage in the rear and I had to man-handle the car every corner as I just couldn't get it to turn well.

Congratulations to Lancer, That was some of the best racing I had. Major congrats to Chris for his win, that was a well deserved one from what I was hearing 👍

Now we have a week off and therefore, some time to reflect abit at the first half of the season. We'll be back in action On the 17th.

That was a fantastic race and well deserved wins all round. It can all go wrong in a blink of an eye.

Hopefully I'll be back up an racing with you guys before too long. We'll see. Keep in your thoughts and prayers. Good luck to everyone in the future races.

Thanks man, that was awesome going three wide out of NASCAR 1 with you and Falcon. Great racing, and a special congrats to CAMikaze for completing the ARTA sweep with me.

Oh, and sorry for almost spearing you off the tirewall in turn 1. I figured you had gone left, and couldn't look because of damage.

EDIT: Oh by the way, is my beautiful new Camaro the one in the left of your avatar?

Yep, thats the one. Supercharged and even lighter then the yellow one.

No problem Camyron. 👍 I thought it went a lot better for me and a big congrats to my bud Chris! :D 👍 ---- Randy

Thanks fellas. :embarrassed:

Hope you get the spelling of my last name correct for the graphics Camryon. ;)

Early in the race as I was battling with The_Boyce for the lead, I was passed by Falcon on the inside as we neared Turn 1. Later on, I saw a car near the wall on Turn 12 and thought it was Lancer. It turned out to be Boyce and from what I was told he had a nasty crash where he got some big rear end issues as a result. I had to keep it together and made a error going trough Turn 11 where I went into the sand trap. Moments later, I saw a blue arrowhead heading my way and thought to myself ":eek:That's got to be Boyce!:scared:" Whatever margin I had built up was about to be erased with that one miscue and the pressure was truly on me at that point. The last thing I wanted to do was to re-gift a win back to someone who made a mistake. I'm glad I kept it together and got the win. :D
