super softs wear too easy

ok..Ill be the first to admit Im pretty new at this game...11% complete or so...so anyways Im just now starting to get into amateur where the tire wear becomes a factor...I got super softs but after one lap or so theyre totally red and I cant stay on the track for sh**! If I pit I lose a hell of a lot of ground as the other cars dont seem to pit. This is ridiculous. The super softs arent doing me a damn bit of good if I have to keep pitting or have them go red on me and lose every single bit of that supposedly awesome traction. whats going on here and what can I do to either make my tires last longer...or not get blown out of the race if I stop to pit.
(Im not even talking about endurance races..its bad even on 5 laps)

Buy the medium soft tires.


They last longer than Super Softs, but provide less grip...


They're probably the best tire you can go with when tire wear is on in my opinion...

If your going to use Super Softs, Pick the races where Tyre wear is not a factor, then they ARE best.
