Super Speedway?

What's up with this track. Whenever I get it in a series, especially the Last GT series in Special Events, I win by an entire lap, sometimes more.

Now I know those cars can go as fast as me, or faster even, but they don't. It's so stupid. It's no fun to win by so much, like an unfair advantage.

It's the AI. it just sucks plain and simple. You'll dust any car any time on super speed way... :( that's the way it is......

why didn't they put in a selectable difficulty level?? You could choose it before you started the game, so you couldn't change it half-way through the game

The AI is at it's worst at the SS track. It drives around the oval using the center line throughout the entire radius of the turn. You can beat AI's best with some very underpowered cars at Super Speedway.

Also remember that the AI has normal tires, not racing slicks; it also brakes earlier and rarely blocks you on the straights. So select Normal tires for your car at SS, maybe you'll win by only half a lap next time!

I do the Red Rock Valley tace in the GT All Starts for the Speed 12 over and over again...only so I can sell it for 500,000 credits.

Quick way of making money. ;)

I absolutely hate that track. My fave is SSR5, night time racing rules. ;)

I like that track too. And Rome Night. I miss SS Rt. 11 tho.

And a word on Burnout. He likes to be blunt, curt, and rude... But he doesn't like to answer racing challenges. What's the matter Burnout? Afraid you might not win against a "novice"?

Yeah, come now...if you lose, life doesn't end. It's whether you answer to challenges and give your best. That said, I'm not the biggest online racer here, but when I feel like it, I give a real racing time, whether it stinks or not.

That's the right attitude! Making inflamatory remarks and then disappearing, that's not.

I mean, by no means am I the best GT2 player... But it's fun to improve and see youself get better relative to your own past performance. That's part of the fun of the game. Competition is different and weeds out the dead weight and big mouths.

Not being the best if okay, but not if you act like you are.

Rome Night rules. Why aren't there any races there??

The best part of Midfield are the fast chicanes at the end which go right into the front stretch. In a good car you can blow by everyone, and have nice quiet 200 MP/h drive all the way to turn 1. Ahhhh......the good life.

I do like Laguna Seca. But it's not my fave. I can usually make it through the Corkscrew without spinning, but sometimes the computer can't.
