Just felt like sharing a little idea I had, feel free to bring up your own super ultra cheapo designs.
Mine assumes that you are starting with a chair that has sturdy flat arms, preferably parralel to the floor.
If so, you're golden!
Get three pieces of wood, 1x4's work great, about 3 feet long each.
Get 6 C-Clamps (you can find them at Wal-Mart for like $1 a piece).
Clamp two of the 1x4's to the arms of the chair so they don't stick out from the back of the chair much.
Clamp the third 1X4 across the front of the other two, at a good distance to reach comfortably.
Clamber down into it, clamp the wheel to the 1X4 in front of you, and start playing.
Just, remember to turn your game on before you hop in, it isn't the easiest to climb in and out of unless you have two quick release clamps holding the 1x4 in front of you on, and can slide it on and off easily.
