Hi all,

I have just started my youtube channel, dedicate daily GT Sport videos. To help me get the ball rolling can you head over the and check out the content, and even click subscribe if you like what you see, if would be a massive help and greatly appreciated. Any feedback or videos you'd like to see would be great to know too!

The aim of my channel is to entertain and to help others whilst partaking in my hobby of media production! I do not profess to be the quickest and yes I use assists, this game is for fun, so let’s have some!!

Here's my latest video, thanks in advance!

Feedback is what I am primarily after, an extra few YouTube views don’t mean anything when you’re starting out.

Doesn't help that you now need 1000 subs before you can monetise anything. :yuck:

The main thing I noticed about your video is that the parts where you are talking are a lot quieter than the parts where it's just the in game sound, so I had to keep changing volume to hear what you're saying/avoid being deafened. Other than that was pretty good, I liked how you didn't try talking permanently and only said something when there was a need for it.

Also, don't worry about being so far behind TRL_ERAZER, he's one of the fastest guys in the world and just hasn't played the game a whole lot which is why his DR is only B. Without him, the first lap crash and the overtaking you had to do you would have been right up with the leaders, so good job. 👍

Really appreciate the response, I’ll be sure to check the volume levels before uploading tonight’s video.

How were the sound levels on the latest video guys??

Much better. 👍 Btw you should definitely switch ASM off, and if you haven't already put TC to 1 if you're going to use it. You seem to be a fairly decent driver so I think having all 3 driving aids on is probably slowing you down. Ideally keep practicing with them all off on most cars if you can.

Ta, I’m certainly not the fastest but would like to think I can hold my own at an ok standard!

Understand the advantages of lowering the TCS, what does lowering the ASM do for racers?

ASM will try and prevent the car from rotating which will make it understeer and reduce your cornering speed, and it will also bog you down out of corners reducing your exit speed. TC and CSA should be more than enough for you to keep the car on the track. 👍

That may sound harsh, but ask again, when you're S/S, and regularly in top 10 times. Unless you're one of the best drivers, who, exactly, do you think wants to watch you?
It's a different matter of course if you can find a niche of some kind to provide information with your videos, like Scaff or EmptyBox to some degree. They are hardly up there with the fastest, however their videos are less about driving, and more about simracing in general. Highly informative, and educational in that they share their "expertise".

Media is a hobby of mine, and playing GT it after what is usually a hard day at work is a good de stresser, so I combined the two and the output is something I enjoy. As I say it is a something I do for fun, I'm not out to educate more to entertain if I can whilst sharing my experiences online. I have only started doing it recently and have had some positive feedback but if you don't like it, which is completely fine, nobody is forcing you to watch

There are a lot of popular YouTubers who aren’t amazing at the games they play, even with racing games, yet still get lots of people watching, so it is doable. Quite a few aren’t even informative, I suppose they just have entertaining videos.
