1 thing, dont use diff compounds on front and rear. I always found it a ... to controll. Just swap it over to say meds all around or hards all around, the cars drivability always improves.. Well for everycar i have drifted so far at least. Also drifting is easyer and usually much cleaner and smoother on lower powerd cars with low grip. And try to tune the car to do what you tell it to do. I know alot of pepz who have drift cars setup to just pull them around the corner.. it can look good but its not what they are telling the car to do, and thats a big prob if your drifting with others. I have always found a car gets easyer and more controllable with some well rounded tuning but at the same time harder to drive as the amount of countersteer gets much larger, but the angle you can have full controll over the car at is way wider. All in all its about what you like. Tune cars yourself and learn how to drive them your way, its rewarding and you will end up drifting alot better as the car is setup to your style not others.
