Suspension help.

So I was looking at some threads earlier and some people replied about: stiffer suspension, soft suspension and hard suspension. Can someone give me examples of how to set the suspension for those please. (For drags)

RWD Cars

Soft
Ride height: min (but max would be softer...) / max
Springs: min (usually stiffer for drag) / min
Extension: min / min (for drag you could use a higher value)
Compression: min (usually higher) / min
Bars: min / min (but the most let it stock or set it close to stock)

Stiffer
Between Soft and Hard.........

Hard
Ride height: min / max (min would be harder...)
Springs: max (many people like it softer) / max (you don't really want it max for the most cars)
Extension: max (tssss) / max (for drag you could use a lower value)
Compression: max (at least for RWD) / max (not really.....use a lower one for drag)
Bars: max / max (the most let it stock or set it close to stock)
