just won a escudo and cant tune it right. any tips greatly appreciated

Right for what? Drag racing, high speed runs, twisty circuits, rallying?
That thing has a horrible lack of turbo boost in the lower revs and when the hairdryers finally cut in the tyres will go out in a cloud of blue smoke. This fact alone makes it hard to tune but still, a bit more information would be welcome. Have you already tried searching for "Escudo"?

yeah but the only thing even slightly useful was how to make it go 240+ mph

Find Duck's Settings
i used that because i cant tune a car myself.. It accelerates quick, yes it'll understeer when you gad and turn, but you'll gain a Heap load of oversteer and a bit of Yaw when you turn without gas. Why? His settings has -2 Toe in the front
