SVG(15kb)uploading limit HELP ME PLEASE??

I know that you must keep your SVG files under 15kb in order to upload them. If you are using the Inkscape Software what ways are there to make a file smaller?
I have tons of SVG file that are well over the (15kb) limit and I'm using Inkscape to edit. So what I'm asking is if I have a SVG file that's 225kb and I using Inksacpe what things can I do in Inkscape to get them under the 15kb limit.
