T-GT wheel not working

hi everyone,
I’ve never posted on here before but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Thrustmaster RMA’s?
I received my brand new wheel two days ago and got it all set up correctly but there was no life in it all, seemed like a power problem maybe, I got in touch with TM and they said they will replace servo base and PSU soon as I’ve sent mine from my local post office.
I wondered how long this process takes as I don’t like the thought of having no wheel for ages :(.
Hopefully it won’t be long as they are sending out new ones as soon as my post office has scanned the barcode they are giving me.

join the Thrustmaster club... my T300 broke down with same symptoms about a month ago, a month after I bought it. (it lasted 1 month)

still waiting for a replacement, it has been 27 days now

thats what you get for buying a Thrustmaster wheel, they have horrible reliability.

btw: they won't send you another one like that...

thats what you get for buying a Thrustmaster wheel, they have horrible reliability.
Mine didn’t even last a minute, I’ve got TM T150 so obviously I wanted to upgrade to this T-GT wheel, I just hope as it’s only 2 days old Thrustmaster will sort it quicker. I find calling them directly can speed up the process too, plus the fact it’s worth £600 too. Fingers crossed cos as u can tell I’m eager to try a better wheel than the T150 I have now

I have called them several times. First they told me I should send it to them directly and they will send me a new one right away, then after 2 days of waiting for a confirmation order they sent me an e-mail that I should contact my local retailer that it will be faster so I did... and here we are 27 days later. Nothing... retailer has no information whatsoever about ETA.
