T-lcm wobble/slop/play

I have a set that is only about a month old and the sideways play was present from day one. I suppose it's made really obvious by how hard you have to press the brake pedal with these. You can see the wobble in video reviews as well so it's not just your unit.

I'd also be interested to hear about a DIY solution to make sure these pedals last a while! Haven't peeked inside mine so far.
