I'm inclined to say that if any team could handle him, it would be Dallas, they've dealt with Deion Sanders, Keyshawn Johnson, Michael Irvin...etc, but none of those guys are even on TO's level. He might make a positive difference on the field at first, but I don't think that it will last.
Face it, the man is a cancer to every team he's ever played on. People said he'd be more disciplined in Philly too, and look what happened there, he turned a formerly great team into a shadow of their former selves. I don't think that Drew Bledsoe will take very kindly to the type of criticism that TO gave McNabb either, Donovan handled that more responsibly than most players would have. Drew Bledsoe is very thin-skinned, and I see a feud between him and Owens in the near future.
So basically I think that there's a slight possibility that it will work, but it probably won't. I'm just glad he's not on my team, I'd rather have a team player with a little less skills than a superhuman player who completely ruins any locker room spirit.
P.S. There are already several threads on Owens, you may want to change your title to "TO Signs With Dallas" so it doesn't get locked.
