T300 and T3PA Pro Clutch and Accelerator swapped

I got T300 with T3Pro PA pedals, TH8A shifter and Thrustmaster Sparco Mod+ handbrake. The shifter and handbrake are plugged into a Thrustmaster SIM hub.
The shifter and handbrake work fine.

I have a problem with the pedals the Clutch and Accelerator are swapped, so the physical clutch on the left is the Accelerator and the physical Accelerator on the right is the Clutch in the game.

I can’t get it to swap, the mode button light is red, I’ve tried pressing the Mode button and holding it to change to green but it’s not doing it. The mode switch is on PS4.

If I change mode switch to PS3 and turn on my PS5 the led is green but the wheel is not recognised. Flicking the switch over to PS4 doesn’t work, have to power down and flick the switch to PS4. Then the LED is red.

How to fix this?

I have an issue with my T300RS as well. I use the tlcm pedals and when my car stands still (like standing start or break till i’m stopped) the car no longer wants to drive when I press the gas pedal. It makes rpm, but it won’t drive no matter what button I press. The R2 button on the controller then let’s me accelerate the car so can continue with the gas pedal on the tlcm. I think this is a very strange problem and I’m curious if anyone else had experienced this or has a solution? Thanks in advance
