T3PA Throttle Problem

Im have an issue where I am not able to get full throttle to register out of my pedals. I originally thought it was an issue with GT Sport which was displaying my output at something like 75-80% of max but I’m now having the same issue in Project Cars 2 although from its display I’d say it’s something more like 90-95%. In PC2’s configuration menu it has no problem reaching 100% but as soon as I start driving I can get up to max throttle.

I’ve seen a couple of suggestion around the Internet for other problems that suggest opening the pedals up and giving it a clean. Is this likely to solve the problem or do I have some deeper issue? I’m fairly new to racing with a wheel and pedals and don’t want to go opening things up if it is a different problem.

As you can see here the throttle just isn’t quite reaching its maximum point

Maybe broken potimeter, maybe cleaning potimeter helps. Maybe loose plug, replug. Maybe broken spring, replace with stronger.
Better buy proper pedals with magnet sensors.
Or software solution, cap range.

Let me know if you fix it, my clutch won't go to full range. If you have the pro set you can always flip it over and switch the clutch and throttle

Edit: I vacuumed my pedals and then shot them with compressed air and the clutch works fine now. Try cleaning!

Air duster and contact cleaner will fix many issues with potentiometers. At that flickering at the top of your pedal range smacks of dirty contacts.

Had the same issue with my T3PA Pro and just had to vacuum the spring and the contact between the potentiometer and the pedal

90% try hold left shift pedal and Mode for 2 secs.

If led blinks 1 times youre good. Base is in t3pa Mode.
If It blinks 10 times base is. In loadcell. Pedal Mode.

The base doesnt switch Automaticaly back from. LC to t3pa Mode. Only from t3pa to. Loadcell It does automaticaly.
