Just press the PRTSC (print screen) key on your keyboard. Usually right across from the "F#" keys.

press "print screen", then open up paint, click on edit, then click on paste...

Dude, your desktop is too cluttered.... All I have on mine is my Network Neighborhood, My Computer, and the Trash. There might be something else, I forget. Otherwise I have my quick launch bar as a separate bar, and that and the start menu bar are on autohide. I like my fullness...
