Tekken 2009

[Danny]

Tekken is a 2009 live action film adaptation of the series. The film follows Jin Kazama played by John Foo to rid himself of the devil which plagues his soul. Now a man, he must confront his father, Kazuya Mishima, played by Ian Anthony Dale and his grandfather, Heihachi Mishima, played by Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa. The film is being directed by Dwight Little and is set for a 2009 release date.

Some interesting things I've noted.

• The girl playing Ling Xiaoyu is Chiaki Kuriyama, who made a brilliant job of playing Gogo Yubari in Kill Bill.
• Candice Hillebrand who will play Nina, is extremely hot.

The cast list looks promising, but pleeeeease do a better job than Dead or Alive.

Hopefully it'll be better than the animated Tekken movie.

I hope Jackie Chan will be Lei. I mean, that's who Lei is supposed to be-- just like how Law was supposed to be Bruce Lee.
