Terms of service error

Hi guys , I just started up GT6 and while loading I get the error " Unable to connect to servers as you have not accepted the terms of use " , which I have done day 1 already. It proceeds in and loads the game in offline mode. I go to options - network - terms of use to see if I can accept it again there , but that results in the game and PS3 just freezing up. Yesterday everything was still working fine. I sign into PSN fine and all other games are fine.

How can I fix this problem please ?

I am having the same problem as of today 2/17/15, I played some seasonal events 2 days ago without a problem, and now I can't access the GT6 network, It says "You cannot connect because you have not accepted the terms of service".
When I go to the game options and select terms of service in the network section, it wont load the terms and just displays error code (8002e5B0). So now I can't even accept the terms again and I'm trapped in some kind of no network purgatory. I had this game pre-ordered and brought it home and accepted the online terms of service the day the game was released. This is frustrating and just further supports my belief that GT5 was a better game.

All other games connect to the network fine.

Yes me too.

There was a PS4 update and basically the PS servers just couldn't handle it. That's when I went back to my PS3 to do some laps in GT6 while I was waiting and got this message too.

Once the backlog cleared all was well.

So wait for a while and it will all come good.
