Ugh so ugly! I was hoping for something elegant, but no... And the interior is really boring, four seats and a big screen I hope this is an april fool's joke!

This is the car everyone can afford? Still outrageously costly; uncompetitive design at it's price point. You ought to have seen the news telecast interviews with local pre order customers here in San Diego prior to unveiling; folks sounding like they were ready to catch a ride on a comet with matching Nike's ( local cult Heavens Gate reference). Unsettling consumer behavior to say the least.

While I'm not overly fond of the look, I do like Tesla as a brand and it really doesn't look awfully different from the Tesla Model S imo.

A Nissan Leaf starts at $29k and has half the range. Also keep in mind that's $35k before tax incentives (though once they hit 200k deliveries that goes away) Certainly obtainable for a lot more people at half the price of a Model S.
