I wanted to take a moment to thank GTPlanet for being a place for healthy discussion while drama surrounding GT7 was at an all-time high.

I saw moderators/admins engaging in mature debate with no drama or “flexing their power.” I didn’t see any banning or reprimanding of people who simply disagreed with their positions.

I have seen some…interesting things over the years and was so grateful to see none of that nonsense here.

I have been lurking off and on for close to 20 years and am proud to finally be a member. I hope to connect with more of you as time goes on.

I guess you are a gamer and never participated on a race track with real competition I personally Have a different experience but that is only my opinion. like you it is nice to have a voice about a game that is a entry simulator to online racing

Still the only forum I have signed up to and post regularly on.

There are keyboard warriors in every forum but this one seems to be the least argumentative one out of the lot.

Also I have no doubt Gtplanet had a massive influence of PD's decisions regarding the next GT7 update so its a voice for the people too 🙌

Totally agreed, people can say their piece as long as they’re civil to other members. Moderation has been excellent since the day I joined, and I’m sure before that, as well. Trolls get shut down, but debates are welcomed (which can get a bit spicy, they’re always fun to read). Also, forums just feel cozy. GTP is no different, it’s like a nice comfy chair near a fire or radiator and a warm beverage.

Love this place, and thanks to everyone from the owner and moderators for doing a great job and the users for their contributions to the forum and being respectful. Always good to engage in threads.
