The ability for host player to lock to preset tune in lobby

If the host in a lobby was able to select a car, tune it to desired characteristics and then lock the setting so that every other person in the lobby with that car could only use that preset if they wanted to race, it would open up so much more of the car list to online racing leagues.

A big part of GT's appeal is for people who want to plug and play without worrying about dialling tunes in (which ACC does much better imo). But currently there are a lot of cars that you just can't enjoy racing without tuning because their gearing is too short, or they're too unstable to drive, or too fast, or too slow for most tracks. This feature would solve that problem, in the hands of room hosts.

Love this idea, tuned cars are often much more fun to drive, plus it creates a level playing field in the lobby.

Could also be a method to share tunes. View the hosts locked setup, save the setup, job done.
