For a bit of fun, I think some people will enjoy it and it's simple. All you need to do is take a car around the Nordschleife in Time Trial and show it off. Want to take a NASCAR around the circuit? Sure. Want to take a kart? Do it. It's just for fun. You can set as many times in as many cars as you want. I'll probably setup a Drive Spreadsheet for this sometime.
The proof can be anything except the already existing time in the leaderboards. Simply because I don't want people to submit many times they've already done as I'd say it defeats the purpose of it.
