well, we didnt win....but all is not lost! The Calgary Flames, the team thats main goal was to make the playoffs....I for one am damn proud of the flames! what a ride boys, there is always next year!

I also find it funny that more people showed up for the flames rally here in calgary (30,000 people....I was one of them) , than for the lightning in tampa!
I also got to get real close to them (pushed my way through a screaming crowd) and actually got to high five martain gellinas (sp?) I got them walking away on video, i'll post it if anyone wants to see it (and if I can find a place to host it).

You find it strange how more people supported their team in Calgary who lost, than in Tampa who won?? NOT strange at all....clear and simple TAMPA IS NOT A HOCKEY AND NEVER WILL BE!!

ps. post up that video you got...hopefully Calgary will be a competitive team for years to come!!!

I dont find it strange...just kinda funny, I also find it funny that the big newspaper company in tampa printed the story that they lost! :lol

there are more (iggys speach, "in the dome" rap, and player intros) but the ones I have posted are by far the best (its kinda hard to get a good view with 30,000 people hangig around a tiny stage) :lol

This is totally separate from The cup or what you guys are talking about but does anyone happen to have that clip of that "big hit" at the end of the Philly/Calgary series?? The one where the guy didn't know where his bench was?? For some reason I'm itching to see people get slapped up side the head but I remember this hit and it was pretty hilarious. Thanks

tampa doesn't deserve the cup they should just stick to football or whatever the hell they do leave hockey to the pros.....CANADIANS
