hurmm...right now i only have about a million credits ...but i heard there's some ppl had about 30 million over credits...well, where's the easiest track to win and earn a lot of credits ? sorry, a newbie like me always like that :) ...

Winning Midfield Raceway in Grand Touring Cup will get you a car you can sell for $250,000. Winning Red Rock track in MR Challenge will also get you a car you can sell for $250,000.

you race this if you don't have a car that'll beat the GT All Stars in Red Rock Valley

There's this real easy race at Tahiti Road (I forget what series it is in :embarrassed: ) that you win the Skyline Silouette Foumula which you can sell for 250,000 credits.

My suggestion is win this a few times, sell the cars, buy an Escudo and do what the others say......race the Red Rock Valley in the Gran Turismo All Stars and sell the Speed 12 for 500,000. :D

Try the Euro Series and the Pacific Series in the GT League. 6 races, 3 laps each, each prize car is worth 250,000. By the time you've earned 30 million credits, game stops becoming as fun. If you've got all the prize cars you could ever need, and have the cars you want, then the credits are just a formality. Whether you have 5 Cr or 5 million makes no difference.

Dammit the Red Rock at All Stars are really hard to win with a usual car. I guess ppl who win there with a usual car is a great skilled driver.

Pojam.

the best to get money is go to special event and race in MR cars is in the left bottom corner..
Red Rock Valley.. just use skyline or supra.. is really easy
and u got gt 40 is one of the best handling car in gt 2
u can sell it for 250,000
also is only 2 laps and take less than 2 half min.
better than red rock valley at all star!

I don't think gt40's handling is good. Its jumpy on corners and start spinning around if you don't handle it well although it do have great power.

Pojam.

I agree with VIRacer there. The GT40 has poor handling.

I bought this car after I found out what it was in the Historic Cars cup, race number 3 at Grindelward. It hammered us all so I thought it was a good car. I go out and buy it from Ford for I forget how much... :D and it just plain sucks. I only ended up winning one race with the car and sold it.

It looks sweet - but don't be fooled by it's elegance. You can't even tune the damn thing.

yupp..i think [R]Unisia GT-R GT is better...i won alot of race using this car...it's awesome !.. :) ..anyway, thanks for the info guys !

oh I forgot supra and skyline is mr.. Sorry.. hehehe
but the [R] gt 40 is really good to drive there.. seriusly...
u get the car from MR cup...
not the gt 40 that u buy.. that one is suck..
but the [R] gt 40 that u get from that race is really good handling.. I just keeep racing with that car again and again.. and u can sold that car for 250,000

herm...what do u use to win a race in MR cup ?...i can't find a good car to win that race..herm...i've never tried that [R]GT40

Vector M12. Only costs $192,000. When fully upgraded comes in at very close to 591 horsepower which is the horsepower limit for Red Rock Valley in the MR Challenge.

i agree with u VIRacer ... never won any cup at the MR course ... hell it's hard to handle ... maybe it's because i'm newbie...not enough skill...hehe...so what's the ppl saying is true...experience is ur best teacher... :) :)

MR cars are hard as all hell to control. There worse than a TVR Cerbera which spin out like crazy, well at least they did in GT1, don't know about GT2 :D.

 If you're looking or a decent handleing MR, try the Renualt Clio Sport. Race modified, it's a bit of a giant killer. Took the European championship in the world league with it yesterday. ;)

I enjoy racing at midfield. Ive done the midfield race where ya win the unisia jecs skyline. not the highest paying race but i really like the layour of midfield.

You want to win the MR series? Go to Convertible car series. Win the Trial MTN race. You are now the proud owner of the Concept car LM edition. It is listed as a MR car. It will win Red Rock Valley in a walk at the MR Cup. You will then become the proud owner of a fast, but horribly painted [R] GT 40. This car is much easier to handle than its "road" cousin:D
Lower front and rear all the way then raise the front up 2 clicks.
Set springs so the front is no more than 2Lb lower than the front (10 and 12) stabilizer 5 in front 6 in rear. Limited Slip initial at 3-5.
accel at 30-32, decel at 15-16(or approx. 1/2 of accel) Set tires so you have soft on the front and super soft on the rear. All these will get you to a point where the car will hang its tail out if you're not careful but it will be much easier to keep from spinning out:D
You can then use this car to win the 493 HP race at High Speed Ring. (It has gotten me around the track in under 50 seconds).
Warning: the MR-2 variant you have just won will, at speed make the Stock GT 40 look like the paragon of stability. Unless you drop 50K on the TSC.

Whenever I modify a new car, I was test it to see if it is worthy enough to be in my garage (I have 4 memory cars, so it's not like I get rid of any cars anyway :P ). I will test it out on the Muscle Car Races, prefrebly the Full Seattle (sp?) Course. It has a lot of fast pace turns, and the race is hard if you are in a slow car, because the muscle cars are pretty powerful :)
-When you win, hopefully  , "Vanna tell them what they won!" ...you will recieve the Shelby 427 Cobra, worth $75,000 (I mean credits ;) ) What the hell is up with the credit and money thing anyway!
Peace out G'Dawg, Homie T', and all the other white Tygerz  :janitor:

REPEATEDLY,
Two races nets you 1,100,000 cr.
However, you run less laps if you run the Mid-engine challenge at RR valley and win the GT 40 race car over and over again. You will rack up the days though. But, the same ten laps will net you 1,250,000 + five win bonuses. But you rack up five days instead of two.

I have 1 million or so credits and I got most of those from special events like the Grand Touring Car Trophy and Historic Car Cup. But I don't care about credits. I have 5 cars in my garage and they are all Mitsu's. And I spent time with each one of those cars...they all have racing modifications and and each one is in a differnt HP range.

But I don't play GT2 to get money and get supercars to beat the game...I play it to customize cars and then race them against others to see if it was all worth it.

So personally, I think its stupid to just wanna get loads of money then buy every special car in sight. Thats not what this game was made for. This game is made to give you the experience of a race car driver. You want some credits? Win an endurance race. They might be 50 laps but they'll tell you if that so=called "special car" is worth a million bucks.

peace.

The GT40 would be a nightmare on Gridenwald. I hate that track in almost any car, especially a powerful one.

But I like the GT40. It's very fast and the so-called poor handling really just means you have to have the touch, which takes some getting used to.

The funny thing is that the GT40 is very hard to beat unless you're driving it. If you can drive the GT40 as well as the game does you're damn good. It tends to become unstable in corners but if you're driving style is subtle enough it stays put. And the acceleration is one of the best.
