"Fat Kid"-definition-unappealing, bulky, weird, doesn't belong there, etc...
I think the Lister Storm Race Car fits that description pretty well.
He's always been the weird kid in the group since GT2, when he wasn't really an official race car, just RM'd. Kinda like the Mazda 323F RM in GT1. They just don't belong in big name races, and gets made fun of cause of that. Anyone else a weird fat kid?

How in GT2, the Lister Storm wasn't an official race car in the game, just an RM'd Lister Storm V12, I realize it is a real touring car, but in the game, you can't buy it as the touring car. Also, I think it is a "fat kid."

^ Yup, was gonna say Cizetta.

How about the big boys? The Honda Element. Land Rover Storm. Honda Odyssey! They're not totally useless, but most folks won't know how to tune & make them useful.

As far as cars go, there's the Aston Martins...any of them. Also any Jaguar except the E-type. Even the Jaguar XJ220 is sort of a fat kid in GT4, since it's not as useful to race as it was in GT2 (way too much understeer in 4).

The Stream Option Z is one in my opinion, a waste of polygons... Doesn't do anything well. Its a fat kid alright

This is more of an anorexic kid but the Ginetta G4. It's great fun when your on the track alone. But, with other racers it's a pita to drive.

You should really try my ele"mental" tune out. You will never look at the element the same. But, I do agree with you on the odessey

*sigh* I wanna check a lot of stuff out you guys are doing, but I'm too addicted to GT5. :indiff: Next time I fire up a GT4 game, I'll try and remember tho.

i think the Cizeta, it sucks at turning corners

Tuned redeems itself. If you don't forget early braking, it has much torque that smokes the competition in the straights. You don't outbrake 'em, you hunt them down. Plus looks good on the replays.

You know I just wanna say I don't know how other countries are, but in America, sometimes the fat kid doesn't always get chosen last. Especially in football. :D

^ I was. lmao, Then again I have adhd and would get distracted easily. also, didnt help when the cheerleaders were out. but, back on topic, Yellow Bird(BTR also) isn't adhd, we are it takes alot of concentration(of which i have not) to drive and even more so when you add a wing.

I reckon the Aston Martin Vanquish is good, got it round the Nurburgring faster than the RUF 34000S, and it's fun, so I don't think it's a fat kid, because it doesn't look funny (just sayin, it might just be the Aston lover in me coming out)
