Its on my list of things to watch in the future but, Nice spoilers bro...:grumpy:👍

Anyone else watching Oreimo S2 yet ?
The last ep was :embarrassed:
They are definitely rushing the episodes, It's not as good as season 1 imo

Also,i wish it went as in depth as the manga.

Damnit, screw you and your Kyubey, lol, but also, you have to admit the plot was good, even though they never actually did go to love live, and on the final eps the protagonist(honoka), got all emo...it was interesting to watch the happy go lucky girl crumble in a realistic way, though it kind of pissed me off that she gave up so easily...

And seriously, who goes running in the rain?. That's why she got sick and passed out in the first place..

Still a freaking moefest, just look at how they look, they're kawaii even when trembling in dispair. As Hei said, just like Madoka, but god knows how much times worse.

also, I really need to start Attack on Titan. Maybe this weekend.

Nah, I can change stream quality. 720p is the stream norm nowadays. Though I tone it down as my viewers have weaker net.

Just finished Castle in the Sky. Runs similar peace-conflict-peace storyline like Nausicaa, Spirited Away, and many other Miyazaki films. Top-level stuff to say the least and certainly feels great to watch these now and then.

Laputa has to be my favourite film, along with My Neighbour Totoro and Being John Malkovich. And Brazil... And Aguirre Wrath Of God... Umm... I think I just mentioned My Neighbour Totoro and Aguirre Wrath Of God in the same paragraph... Can I include that film my friends and I made when I was 12 in my list of favourite films? It was extremely funny watching that later on... Have no idea where it went... Wait. Umm... Anyway. Laputa. Best film ever made.

I have finally gotten to watching Clannad, after several years of putting it off. Also, Animazment was this past weekend but I wasn't able to go because I didn't have enough money. It turns out that tons of my friends went, so that kind of pisses me off.

^ Since missing Sabakon (in Vegas) last April and I will have no chance on attending Animegacon(also in Vegas too) this upcoming month. My only hope now is this July 4th weekend for the big one, Anime Expo in Lalaland...but I don't know how to save up for this epic event. (last time attended AX was 2009) :indiff:

EDIT:

Just Watched -> Attack of the Titan ep.8

Currently Watching -> Yuyushiki ep.1, Bakemonogatari ep.9, & Wangan Midnight ep.20

Currently Reading -> Mirai Nikki ch.24, Kaminomi/TWGOK ch.229, Rosario Vampire II ch.63, Sekirei ch.141, & Over Rev ch.96.

Latest Purchase -> Chobits manga all 8 volumes = USD$30.

I went. This was my 9th Animazement and it was as awesome as ever. Here's a little PB album that should be alright to post here. They aren't in the right order in the album but whatever:

It's mostly pictures of my friends, though. I'll also have a video up on my channel in a day or two.

Finally got to watch the third Evangelion film, I want my 90 mins back. Some really shoddy and frustrating writing, sure you need to set up the final film, but it was just so obscure and lacking in logic for most of it.

So Shinji wakes up, not knowing what happened, yet no one bothers to fill him in and Misato decides to cast him aside even though its clear she still cares for him (since she doesn't detonate his collar). Not even a 'we don't need you to pilot Unit 01, I'll explain why and what happened later', nope she just says he's no longer needed and useless (which is the one problem he got over in 2.22). No wonder he chooses to sod off back to NERV. Kaworu sorta addresses what happened, but by that point my frustration overtook my curiosity. The film sets up an instrumentality on Gendo's terms rather than SEELE's terms, yes, but the whole film just makes the rebuild as a whole feel quite disjointed. There's no real net progress here, Earth is still in the same state as it was after 2.22 (slightly worse, but still in a state of a post Third Impact apocalypse), you can see the things that will be playing a role being put in place, but nothing happens. I guess it's the awkward positioning of this film, hopefully 4.0 will be better. It's like Empire Strikes Back, you lose the lustre of a new world, you gain some critical bits of info, but ultimately nothing has really been resolved.

In other news, I'm currently rewatching Cowboy Bebop. Forgot how great it was, the music is sublime and I'm getting all sorts of references I missed the first time I watched it.

Nobody ever informs Shinji of anything. They did the same thing in the TV series.

I'm guessing it's to avoid him going emo about it. Come to think of it, Shinji's always either emo, stubbornly bratty or dying for compassion. The fact he isn't allowed to settle down is what made him so frustrated to begin with.

There's a difference between not informing Shinji of anything and totally leaving your audience cold though. Eva is full of moments where the audience knows something that Shinji has been kept in the dark about, but this film leaves out some really important exposition that should be included in the third film, especially considering how 2.22 ended:

The third impact was stopped by Kaworu at the end of 2.22, yet somehow the world is in a post-third impact state in 3.0 with the climax being the start/prevention of the fourth impact. Why did the third seem to go ahead anyway?

My complaint isn't so much on the treatment of Shinji, but how in the dark we are compared to the other films and series - we barely get a glimpse into the mental state of Misato and Ritsuko for example. Fuyutsuki's misgivings about Gendo's treatment of Shinji was a nice change though.

Making a ludicrous claim, I think Love Live is way better then idol master and AK48...where it is.

Why? Because, the actual Plot is realistic, the girls have real world problems, and it's not a cheesy moe fest, it's a pretty realistic well put together show, and i love how they're first live event, no one came, that sets the realism, that not every thing will go your way, so it builds up alot of emotion, the drama was not bad either, although a little dark.

Dat slap.

Not to mention the legs, i rest my case.

Ah Love Live!, one of the few good shows of the entire year, and with very good production values (That fluid animation, and that artwork).

Need to get back to that one, despite it being a show I can't really get into. I can confirm after watching Love Live! and AKB0048 idol anime are not my thing.
Started watching GJ-bu, and I'm pretty sure the people who made it never heard of the word 'plot' before.
You trying to imply it has no plot or anything? A reminder nothing has no plot.
About as bad as Guilty Crown as said by a few people. Care to explain why?
Valvrave is a show that was meant to be so bad it's good, mainly through hilariously bad logic.

The plot is all over the place, and the most implausible situations happen. It has less than 1% plausibility.

Only worth it if you can laugh at the stupidity that's all over the show, and the mecha action that tries to copy Gundam (If you're a Gundam veteran, you'll notice TONS of things this show borrowed, including exact quotes). For me it's so stupid it's really boring.
