I think I'm gonna re-watch Bakemonogatari.

Same, I've planning to rewatch for a few weeks. Along with Texhnolyze, as the first time I watched this it sorta' went over my head and didn't interest me at all, but I think i'll find it a lot more appealing now. If anyone likes REALLY dark shows envolving weird organisations and such, this might interest you.

Yo Hatcha, don't you find it weird that Ruka's portrayed so much like a girl? It makes you go "Why did they even go for such a thing?!"

How far in are you now? as this question might already have been answered, if not though just keep watching. The show should be getting really interesting soon.

I'm not so sure Texh will be any better with repeated viewings. I thought and hoped it would be interesting, but halfway through I gave it up and recorded the lowest rating I've yet given an anime (along with Ouran HS Host Club) at ANN - weak.

Bakemonogatari should be good, though.

Anyone watching R-15? The censors on that show are crazy! Yeah, yeah, it is an ecchi show, but jeez when white columns of light take up 80% of the screen, it's more than annoying. Especially when it's censoring undergarments.

Good heads up on the Hanasaku ep 16, I'd been checking but not in tha past few hours. Now I'll be watching it in another 10 minutes!

Also, , Nichijou indeed looks very good from that clip. Seems to be produced by the company which brought us Clannad, Lucky Star, and K-ON! I'll be checking it out shortly after watching Hanasaku ep 16.

@ yaywalter, how do you decide what to add to the list? And also, looks like you've got a several year list going so far. Although I really can't say much about most of the M-N entries, LOGH was fantastic if you're accepting of old-school animation. Long, but one of the best animes I've yet seen. On the other hand, Nodame Cantabile gets a lot of love, but I found it to be rather unengaging. There's a practice current in CG animation where a fabric pattern is used as a fixed background for a character's clothes as the character moves across the screen which obviously is 1) very stylized, 2) not at all realistic, and 3) completely annoying to me, which is employed gratuitously in NC and which may have contributed to my disinterest, so if you can look beyond that you may have better luck with the series.
