So in order to let people see my skins I have to send them my file? Then they just save or put it right into their files?

The skins are just jpegs, so you can upload them to imageshack or some other image hosting site, then people just save the jpeg into their own skins folder.

In order for everyone to see your skin, they have to have the skin on their computer. The skins are just .jpg's. Send the person the .jpg of your skin (with the appropriate file name) and they will be able to see the skin.

Thats a decent point. The only way making skins would be fun was if you met with your friends online. Otherwise trying to get new people to get your skins would be a pain in the butt. They are just .jpg so they are very easy to make and load. Like they mentioned above just make it then post it somewhere like photoshop for members in here to DL.
Ram-Rod that would be a very easy skin to make.

Ahhh thats what I did wrong with mine. I didnt save it as 1024x768. I guess that is a must in order for the pic to fit the car correctly.
