The following (brief) talk on TED, given by General Stanley McChrystal, perhaps highlights a shift in thinking about information. Can anyone shed any light as to whether this is occurring outside of a strictly military context (particularly where the public interest is concerned)? Or, will there continue to be room for people like Edward Snowden to reveal secrets: justified or otherwise?
