The new DLC downloading problem, help :(

I have purchased the new full DLC pack.
i cant seem to download it anywhere although it says i have purchased it, also when i go back into the store and click on the pack it says you cannot acces this through this account yet i can click on any other game pack and have the option of buying it?? whats that all about.?
So i have purchased it yet i cant download it.

Go to GT5 main menu. Then go all the way to the right and click downloading content.

That comes from someone who didnt got the DLC but I'm positive it's there.
