If you are interested in joining sign up here http://narl.webs.com/apps/auth/signup and introduce your self on the forums. If you want to join our races now we currently have a street stock series running every Saturday night with a $25 dollar prize to the champion. If you have any questions contact me on our website my name is Braeden Zanni.
General League Rules-
Respectful Behavior: NARL drivers are expected to treat their fellow competitors with respect. Disrespectful behavior to other drivers will lead to penalties or suspensions.
Probationary Period: Once you join NARL you will be put under a two week probation period, where we will monitor your performance. If we feel that you cannot uphold the fast, smart, and safe standards you will not be allowed to race this year. But you are more than welcome to come back for the next season.
Race Setups: Custom race setups will be allowed. If you need a setup ask in the practice sessions and Im sure someone will help you out. But don't ask right before a race because you should be prepared before the race starts.
Car Numbers: Car numbers will be picked by a first come first serve process. You must stay with the number that you choose for the whole season.
Paint Schemes: We recommend that you use custom painted car uploaded through www.tradingpaints.com, but it isn't mandatory.
Race Specific Rules -
Race Lengths: Each race session will be 2 hours long. We will have a 20 minute practice session, followed by a 2 lap or 5 minute qualifying session. After that we will have a hour to an hour and a half race. For full race lengths check the schedule here
http://narl.webs.com/iracingtruckseries.htm
Race Officials: We have the right to black flag or disqualify drivers who break the rules. We may have officials who watch over the race if we get some volunteers.
Race Communications: We will not be hosting a TeamSpeak Server, but we encourage that you talk to your teammates through Skype or any other chat software. You are also allowed to talk on the provided iRacing chat but we want to keep the chatter to a minimum so everyone can focus on driving,
Wreckers: Each and every wreck will be reviewed after the race, if we believe that you wrecked someone else on purpose then you will be penalized or sat out for a week. If you cannot control your car and are causing wrecks or cautions you will be given a warning, if it happens again you will be kicked from the room. You will receive a point penalty and maybe a suspension.
Yellow Line Rule: At Super Speedways you cannot pass under the yellow line unless you are trying to avoid a wreck. If one of the admins sees you doing this you will receive a penalty. At any other tracks passing under the yellow line is allowed but you must be able to control your car when coming back on the track.
Lucky Dogs and Wave a Rounds: The first car a lap down will receive the lucky dog. Any other driver a lap or laps down will receive the wave around; all you have to do is ask so we will remember.
Restarts: We will have a double file restart with lapped cars at the rear. The leader can choose the high line or low line if they choose. Drivers are to stay close to the car in-front, there will be no lying back. You cannot change your lane until you pass the start finish line.
Caution Flags: Full Course cautions will be on.
Fast Tows: There will be no fast tows
Connection Problems: If your internet is skipping out then you will be asked to stay out of the racing line. If you don't get out of the way you will be kicked. We don't wants someones internet to ruin others race.
Entering and Exiting Pit Road: All drivers must follow the pit road rules. You must maintain pit road speed and enter between the yellow cones. If you get a black flag for entering a closed pit or a pit road speeding penalty you will not get the black flag taken away.
Black Flags: If iRacing gives you black flag for spinning into pit road or something else like that you will need to explain that to an official and they will take away the black flag. But if you speed into pits or cut a part of the track your black flag will not be removed.
On Track Violations: If you go backwards and cause a wreck you will kicked from NARL. If you stop on the track and cause a wreck or put others peoples race in danger you will be kicked from the session and will receive a points penalty.
