Yep, you have new background for the top screen in GT Mode and new colors for the bottom of the screen đź‘Ť

the wallpaper only on top 20% of the screen wasn't it, not too excited about it.
anyway abit off topic here, is peugeuot really as bad as jeremy clarkson always said?

Is the bug where shuffle races can't handle a track vote fixed?

Is the bug with the photo filter fixed?

Heard split screen HUD issue is fixed. Anyone have an issue ?

Anyone had a chance to test this, I'm at work so no chance to test? The shuffle bug was supposed to be the reason for the update, I hope it's fixed.

I think a new change log thread would be useful so users don't need to wade through 24 pages of not much and still not find an answer.

Wrong. The update was pre-planned. The fix was just added in after the bug was found. Theres nothing in the 2.03 update details that says its been fixed so I shall presume it hasnt been fixed.

Wow, did I slip back to the playground?

There was a news update in GT5 (the news box in the top right of the screen when you first start the game) that specifically talked about the shuffle vote bug and that it would be fixed in a January update.

There were no other "official" pre-patch announcements regarding the updates so this was essentially the only official item we knew should have been included. Has it been?

Can anyone who is actually interested able to try voting?

I ve just figured Frame rate is too low now. Especially in SPA circuit in GT Mode. I chose a car and test. Its so laggy.

It was said that the "fix will be addressed in the update planned for the latter part of January." Which to me says they had this update planned and threw the Shuffle race fix (BTW, no mention of being fixed in the details) in as a backseat.

You seriously cant tell me they found this bug, thought "Oh yea, we'll update it late January, Whilst we're at it, we'll throw 6 new cars at them and a new track, as well as some additional features... Oh, and we wont cover the reason for this update, or at least mention a solution to the reason for the update?
Pah-lease. They wouldnt go and make an update specifically for a bug fix, throw some goodies in and forget about the bug. Thats just plain stupid and makes no sense at all.

Loving the update, except for the sound of the Aventador. Just a little dissapointed that it sounds exactly the same as the Gallardo and Murcielago in the demos. Otherwise, love it!:)

Agreed saw and heard in the dealership. I wish they improve this massively for GT6.

They look nice though. Liking the choice of colours :)

agreed about the colours...looks like theres a new matte(ish) black/couple dif matte(ish) greys that come on the new lambo

There's Marrone Apus and Nero Nemesis, both are black... ish. The gray colors aren't matte though, I see reflection.

Though a white color, Bianco Canopus, may be matte as well.

Could we now finally earn more than 20mil cr?

Ok as far as improved sounds go, I just did the Rome 400pp seasonal event with a 1993 Mazda 323F and I've never noticed this b4 but as I crossed the finish line I pulled the E-Brake and skidded it sideways and distinctly heard the sounds of tires folding under the rim?!? (for those of you that have experienced this sound in real life) please check this out and get back with me and let me know if this is new or not? Either way I believe their attention to details like this is astonishing!!

Could it just be the tyres skipping across the cobblestone?

I'm not sure but I have raced this track quite a few time And not noticed that sound before? But it had to be either the tires or the cobblestone?

@nismo - don't really care whether it was planned or not or what else is included. In context of this discussion I only care about whether the fix officially announced for January update is actually there.
