Had to have a look online. Track is borrrring. All it's good for is seeing how big a number a car can make on the screen. I'd get as much satisfaction from the computer telling me what that number will be, and it would be saving me some time.
This track should have been in the game from day one. It's a tool that I understand some people like to use, but as dlc it sucks, quite frankly.

Can't believe pd is charging the same for this as they did for the Spa/Kartspace pack.

They could have given us Midfield or Seattle instead of this, surely. Although arguably those two should also have been in the game from the outset.

Exactly!!!!
Why should I pay for a test track???

I'd rather pay PD to fix the dam bugs.

Right...so what's the general opinion: Route X - worth the money? Yay or nay? :)

Ask yourself:

Having the track for good and use it for anything you want as long as you play GT5, or...

...drink one single coffee at Ladurée at Champs Elysées, which you will forget in second and hate the rude waiters for next 30 days :)

I justify it by saying it costs as much as a pack of cigarettes, only thing is I won't buy any less cigarettes by buying DLC. :grumpy:

I have paid 9 pounds for a pack of cigs in London last month, so both cars&track DLC looks like a steal from that perspective. And BTW That same cigs costs less than 3 pounds in Croatia.

I prefer the "flora danica" at the Champs Elysées, their waiters aren't rude either. But well...you have a point. :)

Yes,YES, YEEEEEEEEAAAAHSSSSS.

You won't regret. Just for the looks of it, its already worthy. Pick the Aston V12 Vantage and do 1 lap, with time change, stopping from time to time to see the surroundings and you'll think it's worthy $20. :)

The lighting on that track alone from night to day its epic. You'll feel like driving on a big highway at midnight.

I read it wasnt due to being unable to play time change... But you can play Toscana... And thats time change so I believe you can...

Drove it last night in a room full of friendly chatty Americans. We had an 11 lap race with the intention of breaking in some cars and it was great fun drafting the X2011's. It took an hour. Fuel use and tyre degradation is important to monitor as you don't want your tyres to fall off the cliff half way round (like mine did). I lost about 3 laps limping back to the pits with glass tyres at about 30 mph. Actually if that does happen to your rear tyres it's quicker to turn the car round and reverse to the pits which in the Veyron let me go at 50mph.

The best bit was watching the sun come up. Absolutely stunning and a replay with lots of photo opportunities.

The "other route" with a loopy bridge looks like it might be fun in the future. This might be a free update once that part of the track is completed.

Can't wait to get the cars and certainly the track. It's epic in the right room. I would imagine it's great in a race of equal / similar cars in Arcade/practice mode too.

truly horrible, 4 euro for a oval which is too long and can´t even be used fully (yay lets do accelaration)

Wrong. It can be used for anything! The track looks fantastic, its amazing to cruise and to some fly-bys in it. The lighting and scenery are perfect and the testing features are something that was missing. It can be used online and other game modes. It's a bargain.

What a waste is it to make the DLC available to North America when they are fast asleep, while Europeans have to wait until the middle of the day?
That said still nothing here... :P

Robert
