Then explain me how yamanaka get 0.5s, Lopez only a warning and Latkovski 0s.

And how people get 1s for 2wheels out but other can put 4wheels out and get nothing ?

At least now we know that even people from PD do not understand who is right or wrong. No wonder why the system is flawed...
You'll need to differentiate between game-awarded penalties and steward decisions. In live events they use the regular FIA penalties, but the stewards can also penalise drivers - if it's from the stewards, it'll appear in a black and yellow box on-screen in addition to the red and white marker above the car, if it's from the game alone it won't.

As for why those specific penalties, it looks like Yamanaka touched Brooks and put him into a wall (always an in-game penalty) and Latkovski fell off track to the outside (then did it again after coming back on and the contact with Lopez) which is rarely an in-game penalty. I didn't see Lopez get "a warning", but if he did that came from the stewards.

the coverage being pretty bad, it is impossible for any of the youtube viewers to say why Beauvois and Portilla got penalties, but I'm guessing they are shortcut penalties given by the game.

For Latkovski I'm referring to the beginning (GP part) of the second lap, when he threw his nose inside the italian the right hairpin. Looked like a DR.C-B overtake attempt

Yamanaka's penalty did not come from the game, as he got only .5s for pushing brooks (two times) out of track and in the wall. In game this is 3-5s. So it must come from the stewards.

These are world top GT drivers. Put the damage ON. And give severe penalty for any bad move. Getting a bigger penalty for cutting a corner than pushing someone out 2 times in a FIA approved race is a joke...

Unless the yellow and black investigation box appeared, it won't be.
