Who has the punishment invented, a rider learns, of a curve before the right breakpiont
find and then rammed from behind. It receives a sentence that does not impede or
pushed into the crash.
PD, play you game wthout me.
And please don't tell that I'm not able to end a game while it's running,
the ps3 has a powerswitch.

The reason that PD put the no quit in online race events, was to stop the host quitting the race and ruining the race for others. whats so bad about that.
 
hartmaenle, please don't use a translation software. The outcome will always be terrible.

Oh didums, If you were maybe a good driver you would try avoid being hit or if your unlucky enough to be hit then you'd understand that it's not your fault and it's the other persons fault. Just accept theres a penaulty system there to make the game fair for everyone. People always moan about whatever PD decide to do to make the game fairer and better.

PS button, quit game. I was the host of a 750pp race @ Fuji, it was a nice game
of ping pong but I got bored of it. I deal with shyte drivers on the road every day at
work, then I get to come home and host a simulated destrution derby? PFFFFT!

We all know it's a crash fest online, I just deal with it. But disconnecting if your the host is just screwing things up for the fair drivers.
If i'm hosting and get punted off, then I just pull of the track and let the race finish, then when I see the guy that punted me off in another race, I just return the favour.

The penalty does not suck!
It is there to keep a tidy race possible....!
But if you enter a beginners league game, then all bets are off....
Cheaters have found a way to get easy credits, but if you think about it, this game is about honing your skills, not your wallet....

So get better, -don't cheat..!
 
flaw with penalty system, race Fuji, get round turn one by staying wide and cutting in so missing all the punters who dive straight for the tight turn, come up to turn 2 and get rear ended, where you should have braked to turn left yopu now going straight on and trying to get the car back on track only to recieve a penalty for short cut, so the punter got farther away from using you to slow down for the corner and now he gets farther away because you,ve picked up a penlty...yea really evens things out
 
I don't know about the collision penalty...seems ok, but they need make cars that go off-roading spin or at least slowdown.....Fuji is a mess looking more like the Baja 1000.
 
What I think Kazunori should do is pull he's finger out and sort out the major issues in the game, instead of this GT-TV stuff, which in my opimion has been quite poor to say the least. OK it might be 69p per vid, but from what i've seen, i'd rather spend 69p on an ice cream.
 
The GT-TV does not have me sold at all, Top Gear can be watched online...seriously. Sorry!
Less time spent on GT-TV, more time spent on the game itself!
 
Good to know Fanatic. I think I will take a pass if they are low quality. I have a 1080P T.V., not a huge one, 32", all I could afford lol, and frankly If I am downloading content off my Blue Ray enabled PS3 to watch on my high quality t.v. , by george I want quality not grainy doodoo brown.
 
I had a nice penalty last night on Fuji, I was braking into the chicane and some guy (who clearly had no intention for stopping) came flying into the back of me. I went off to the left of the track and gained a shortcut penalty (despite my "shortcut" being in the wrong direction) then gained a lovely collision penalty when I flew into the tyre wall at 50mph.

Meanwhile the guy who punted me drove off and made the chicane no problem - without any penalties at all.

I felt I was a bit hard done by.
 
Penalties always get me online. I'm still doing beginners races as I don't get on much and the cheaters who ram you off the road tend to be the ones that win.

But penalties annoy me even more no time trial. I mean if I bash into a barrier on a time trial, what's the point of slowing me down for 5 seconds if my lap has already been invalidated? All the penalty does is make it harder for you to start a fresh, clean lap!
 
I watched both Top Gear and Best Motoring, what a waste of money, Best Motoring was in 4:3 format and not even particularly sharp SD resolution, Top Gear was full 16:9 and pretty decent resolution but they had not properly reduced the PAL effect so when they were in the studio it looked like their hands and mouths were moving too fast kinda surreal. That being said though the Ferrari special is worth the download. On penalties, PD thank you for making the wall so sensitive and not giving any penalty when someone boxes you out, spins you off the track causing you to get a wall penalty just to add insult to injury, quite literately actually.
 
Can someone on here or maybe from PD, please explain to me the penalty system again? Since the update it seems to favour the punters even more then previously. The past few days since the update I have been punted into the barrier on HSR, getting a 4 sec penalty for that and then ended up going down the track backwards, cars ramming head-on into me and I've gotten a 10 sec Ramming Penalty whilst trying to recover from the previous hit. Meanwhile, the car that punted me is now off and clear by at least 15 seconds. Chance of winning the race over!!!

For the past week the rammers & punters had disappeared but since the latest update they are back and doing more damage :-(

I deffo like your attitude 👍
Sometimes it's like a banger war out there ( especially Suzuka 700 pp).
And you spend more time off the track then ontrack. But I just smile and join the party again.
