Track setup: Private Nordschleife lobby, equal conditions mode, default time of day and weather, no fuel consumption, tire wear or damage. Two laps recorded in auto-drive via the telemetry interface, outlap disregarded. (Note that most players will be faster than the AI, and that while the final ranking should be indicative of performance, it would be different with a human test driver. You will also notice that there are a few cars that the AI tends to crash, most notably the Porsche 992, the AMG Black Series and the Zonda R. The 992 would, otherwise, easily finish somewhere between P2 and P4.)
Car setup: Racing softs, fully tuned, wide body and aero kit if available, but no default "custom" wings. Downforce adjusted for max PP, racing suspension and racing transmission with default settings. (Note that this is not the overall fastest setup for most cars, and that finetuning the suspension and transmission would change the results.)
Rendering setup: Python script. Track boundaries drawn, 10 meters apart, around the path of the fastest car, which is interpolated to a resolution of one point per millisecond, so that the time delta for each car can be calculated by finding the closest point on the path.
