Since I could not find another thread like this, I will be the first to create one. This is just a simple thread dedicated to the motorized powerhorses that work all day long in the field. I for one am a huge tractor fan (since I basically live with them ). Anyways, talk, share pics, or just state your opinions and enjoy.

This is my Oliver Super 77 that my grandpa gave to me. Haven't had a chance to do anything yet, but it will be a fun project! :)

I'd like a Lamborghini tractor if I ever bought a tractor for whatever reason. Not because it would be better than a modern tractor, of course; I'm sure it wouldn't.

Been a while since I've been in this thread, but here's my grandpas 1975 John Deere 2630.

Just got it back after 2 years of rebuilding pretty much the whole tractor. It had a crack in the gasket and needed a new engine. Since this tractor is rare, we couldn't find an engine for this specific model, so we had to use a 2640 engine. Now it runs, drives, and works just fine.

My dad actually had a lamborghini tractor at one point. He sold it to buy a Fiat or something

First post in over a month in this thread, but here's the old 2630 hooked on to a cycle mower. Gonna cut some hay with this tractor and hopefully it goes better than last year.

The next time I go to my grandfather's farm I'll be sure to take some pictures of our tractors. We have various John Deere and Kubota tractors (most of them diesels, of course) with my favorite being his mint John Deere 4020 diesel.

How would you like to drive down a rural highway and see one of these on the road?

Got a chance to take a couple pics of the 6115D and the 2630.

I love that old Johnny. :D

Sweet! :D
When I get cold patch for work in the mornings, this big dude loads me up with about 3 tons of patch.

I got to drive one about 3 times smaller than that at the work shop. :)

We also have one of these at work.
That second one would be perfect for hauling and lining up bales. My little 2630 needs some weight in the front to keep it from doing wheelies every time I pick up a bale :boggled:

Stop dumping the damn clutch like you are playing GT6. Just kidding. (I watched a guy drive a tractor for the first time and straight popped the front end up and scared himself 🤬)

Out of curiosity, at that age, did those not have a front attacthment option?

That is a pretty nice looking tractor you got there though (the 2630).
Thanks :D. If your think it looks nice just wait till you hear the sound of it . (Maybe I can make a quick vid ;))

Don't go out of your way for me to record a video, but if you want to... ;), I am willing to watch!
