Almost all of us have faced it before in B-Spec: your car just decides to slam itself into the wall at a high speed on tracks like Circuit de la Sarthe and the Test Course. I'm sure most people here will know this, but anyway:

This is not a glitch. It is just the G-Forces acting on the car. When the G-Force suddenly gets a little bit too high, the car decides to spin itself out and crash into the wall. (It only occurs in B-Spec, though, as I noted.) It's most common on the FGT's, I've had my B-Spec driver in an FGT slam into the wall no less that 5 times in 3 laps on the Test Course, but it can happen to Le Mans cars as well, mainly the R92CP suffers most from the disease of it, but I've seen it happen on a 905, 787B and even a CLK-GTR before at Sarthe.

If you already know this, then sorry for wasting your time if you decided to look at this description about this not-actually glitch.

so wait... once the B-spec drivers gets better (smarter, higher score/rating), the G forces get lower? I only ask this because 'smart' B-spec drivers don't crash against walls.

Well, I think they get to know how to control the car at higher forces as their rating goes up.

What G-forces?

You know the meter which goes in the opposite direction in the way you're turning? That's the G-Force meter, and it indicates how much force put on the vehicle when accelerating, braking and turning.

C-ZETA told truth in test course turn 1 even I crashed into wall with formula.

You know guys there exsist 2 turns in test course:).

It is a glitch, and it doesn't just happen to B-spec Bob. I've had AI cars in races do the same thing too - a good example would be in the MX5 Cup that was run a while back, where a green Audi decided to take me out in an imaginative way.

If you can't be bothered reading the whole post, it can be summed up in one image:

Basically, he turned sharply to the left down the straight, lost it, flew across the grass, and re-entered the circuit just at the moment I was passing and t-boned me backwards.

Nothing to do with g-forces, just a glitch.
