For those who are interested in Horology, or just have a general interest in watches, this thread is for you.
To get the ball rolling, I'll drop a few questions and then post my answers for them;
What is your daily watch? Do you have a rotation? What are you eyeing for the future? What is your holy grail? What is your "...I'll own one, one day..." watch? Last one you bought?
My rotation consist of the following;
Victorinox Diver Master 500 Automatic (ETA 2892.A2)
Just got this watch for my Birthday, Friday. Love it to death. It's probably the most expensive watch I own at the moment. The movement is very accurate (no issues over the weekend), and it has held it's wind with minimal use, which is awesome.
The lume is super bright, and the bezel feels incredible on turn. I think it's 60 clicks around.

Invicta Subaqua Noma IV (Quartz Movement)
Inexpensive, very heavy, and a looker. People always ask me what it is when I wear it. Very interesting diver.
Parnis Panerai Homage 44MM Mechanical Movement
This was about $100. Panerai's are incredibly expensive, so this is cool to have. Parnis makes exceptional watches, and it's pretty much a clone.
GShock Crazy Bee (Red) GD-100B-4A (Quartz)
A gift from the lady, I grew up with GShocks. I think they have been around for 30 years or so now? Always a keeper. And a nice contrast to the others I wear.
My one day, when I'm rich watch is a URWERK UR-110, or the URWERK 210. These watches are the epitome of everything I want in a grail; limited, rare and exclusive, beautiful and unique complications, and expensive (these go for over $100K). One day.
Another quarky, and unique watch is the HD3 Slyde. Picture a purpose built, supped up iPod Nano watch, and you have the Slyde. Beautiful casing, and the touchscreen applications are awesome.
In the more obtainable realm, I plan on getting a Tudor Pelagos soon. I love the look! It's like a modern interpretation of the Rolex Submariner. They go for a little less than half of what a Submariner costs, today. Doable, in time.
I want a Bremont SOLO, aswell. Beautiful and simple. Believe me, once you get your hands on one, you will understand why I would want one so bad. Some of the best aviator watches on the market right now, in my opinion.
Also on my list, are a few Welder watches, LUM-TEC has a nice one I want, a SEA-GULL (Asian Made mechanical watches that are indeed quite nice). I'm even trying to get my hands on one of those old Casio Databank/Calculator watches made famous by Back to the Future. I wish I never sold mine.
Basel World 2013 starts April 25th, May 2nd, so we will be seeing new watches everyday being revealed! Very exciting.
