The calm before the storm. Heard it's going to be a big one.

Man that storm was nasty, Rochelle and Fairdale is about 50 miles to my NW. Its crazy how one home can be totally wiped out but the house next door is missing a shingle.

All we got here were storms with bursts of heavy rain and high winds, thankfully. @Oso Actual @Adamgp, there was one fatality last time I checked, is that correct or were there more?

Didn't hear anything on the news this morning, but just Googled it. Tornadoes landed near Rockford and (so far) there is 1 dead, 7 injured.

Got pretty wild last night. High winds and thunderstorms. Some hail, but it wasn't big enough to do any damage.
We ended up with a LOT of rain. Flooded a few areas. VERY dense fog last night. Supposed to warm up near the 60s over the weekend and sunny. I have a lot of flowers starting to bloom in the yard. Starting to almost feel like spring. :D

I'm in an exeptional good mood. I think that today's weather is to blame :D

Sunny and pretty warm weather. Around 23°C.

Last I heard it was 2 deaths. Seems it could have been much worse if in a heavier populated area.

I saw that video of the semi blowing over, wow. Really lets you see the power these storms possess.

At 1:40ish, you get an idea how big it is, sorta....

It's been reining pretty much all day, which is good because we need it. What we don't need, however, is the temperature dropping and rain turning into snow. :irked:

I saw snow flurries earlier today. That isn't what I wanted to see after dealing with several days in the high 50s to low 60s.

I was about to post this and noticed you are also from MI. We actually hit 70s over the weekend. Going to be 31 tonight. Pretty typical weather for this time of year. That's why I keep my snow brush in the car until July.

That's the golden rule of living in Michigan. Keep your summer and winter clothes out all year because you might need to wear both sets of clothing in the same week.

We've hit 80 once this year already and now we're doing good to make it into the 50's with lows in the 30's.

Once I've worn shorts for the first time for the year, I don't like having to go back to snowpants! :irked:

Slight rainfall this morning, max temperature was 17°C

This weather will stay like this until next week, apparently.

It's the end of April and it's snowing. Five days ago it was in the mid 70's. This state never ceases to amaze me.

Finally we're getting back into spring weather - a lovely mid 70's and sun with just a touch of wind. Gorgeous.
